No backpacks on crowded train

Don’t talk loudly in streets

When in Rome do as the Romans do. Watch the locals and imitate what the majority does. Don’t be that guy looking for the bad manored Japanese and imitate them.

Be mindful of your surroundings. Don’t block streets, entryways etc.

Its really difficult for most of us in the US to go there and not be a nuisance because the environment and society is so different.
